Sourdough is created entirely using wild yeast. We feed our starter with filtered water & high quality flour to create a natural fermentation.
All of our loaves are hand shaped, let to rise overnight, and baked fresh on a stone hearth every morning. Sourdough is a beautiful & lengthy process and is worth the wait.
