LONG STORY SHORT

Main Grain Bakery started in 2011. Originally, there were two guys and myself working around the clock for the first few years, introducing Stevens Point to the best sourdough loaf, Asiago Thyme, and the best treat, an Oatmeal Cream Pie. Then there was just me, who built a team of bakers and makers and kept moving forward with the dream.

My husband Michael joined later, added a sandwich shop next door, wanted to get in on the goodness…. and pour you the best glass of champagne you’ll ever have.
